Erityisesti tavoitteellisesti urheilevilla nuorilla selk\u00e4kivun taustalta saattaa joskus l\u00f6yty\u00e4 nikaman takakaaren rasitusvamma.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">T\u00e4m\u00e4 vamma jaetaan kahteen vaiheeseen: <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"39\">rasitusosteopatiaan<\/b> (luun esiasteen rasitustila) ja varsinaiseen <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"104\">rasitusmurtumaan<\/b> (<i data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"122\">spondylolyysi<\/i>).<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Mik\u00e4 on rasitusosteopatia ja rasitusmurtuma?<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"6\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Rasitusosteopatia:<\/b> T\u00e4m\u00e4 on murtuman esiaste.
